Im looking at buying Borbet Type T rims that are 16x9. I havent been able to find out what the offset is of the rim however i dont even know what offset I need for my front wheels to turn with that width.

stock is 38mm i believe, so that should be fine. the offset is measured from the inside of the rim to the mounting plate so stock offset should be good, somebody needs to back me up on that though.

38 is not correct on 9" rims. I think that you may be looking at rolled fenders to get those to work. Search on the term "offset" for a thread started by Shid. I explained the whole deal in there.
