I think you have 2 choices, 1. TRD short shifter, and 2, the TMW short shifter, there is a group buy runing by playr158 for the TMW, and I got mine from him, love it, didn't even step on clutch much now for up gearing, fun...

well, better talk to playr158, his aim sn is SrPlaYR158, I paid mine for like $125 new and shipped, depends on distance.
