i searched and couldnt find the thread about this that i read a long time ago.
i remember reading that getting a tuned ECU will eliminate the need to rewire a harness if you're doing a swap. is this true and if so, will any of these work? G-Force ECU Mines CPU i want to get one of these for sure if i wont have to rewire my harness...it will save a lot of time. |

Those are 3sgte ecu's that are reprogrammed for higher rev, higher boost cut, more aggressive timing maps. It doesnt change the fact that you need to change your wiring so that you can use a 3sgte ecu.
Theres no way around re-wiring the car. Even if you go stand alone, you still need that standalone to plug into the 3s harness. -------------------- |
