I want to know how to disconnect my alarm system. I think it's a stock alarm (black controller with green, red, and black buttons). I keep loosing the controller and then my battery goes dead when I'm working on the car, (with the doors open) and I can't recharge it without setting off the alarm. I hope this isn't a repost.. I searched and couldn't find info. Tnanks!

black green and red buttons, doesnt sound like a stock alarm to me. My stock alarm has 1 button. If you have a stock alarm the control box should be under the drivers seat.

Maybe it's not stock. I just know that I didn't put it in. I just really need to disconnect it by saturday, because I can't find the remote for it, and I can't charge the battery without the remote to turn off the alarm. Basically, it's the only thing keeping me from driving the car to the painter's booth. This post has been edited by flipside97LTD: Oct 29, 2004 - 7:08 AM -------------------- ![]() |
