I have searched the web and can't find much detail about this subject, but can anyone help me to adjust my wastegate. I adjusted it as much as I could last night, but there is still a couple of inches of thread left to adjust the spring. Does anyone have any pictures and descriptions or should I just go to my local performance shop and have them do it?

BTW: it's a T3/T4 with internal wastegate.

adjust it to what?

the shorter the rod, the higher the boost.

Okay, I know that but when I shorten it very much it is almost impossible to get the rod to hook back on to the lever that opens the wastegate. Do I just need to pull the crap out of it until it gives enough to re-attach?

well obviously you tightened it too much if it doesnt fit anymore.

loosen it up until you can pull it on.
