For sale, 160amp alternator for the 5sfe. About 6months old, paid $325 for it. I will sell it for $200 plus ship!
Bench tested the other day at 167amps at 1,400RPM Guarenteed 100% not DOA and at peak performance, looks new! I compete is SPL and next year I step up to a 16volt system. $175 FREE ship its yours! I don't mean to thread jack- but when you get a hi output alt does it steal hp? Just something I've always been wondering- also how do you go about making sure you';re getting the right one? Like; how did you purchase that startech one? I can't find a "list" of the alts they make on the site?

MAN TO BAD THAT WASNT FOR THE 1.8L CELICA, OR ID TAKE IT. I PROBABLY WOULD TAKE THE BLUE TOP FROM YA TO BEING THAT I LIVE ABOUT 40 MILES FROM PEORIA. THAT DOESNT FIT THE 1.8L DOES IT?
