 Got a ticket, *rant* |

So i pass by a cop on I-5 who had someone pulled over so i automatically slow down and i switched one lane over (Coomer, Amy, Aaron it was a normal switch of lane not my typical one) and the second i look in my rear view mirror theres the same cop with his lights flashing for me so i get over 4 lanes and he walks up and says you gotta slow down doing 70 in a 60 and swerving in and out of lanes. i was like HUH?! so he then asks for my license and i give it to him and i ask do you want insuranceand registration and he said I guess as he walked back to his motorcycle and wrote up a lovely ticket. He comes back hands it to me to sign while i hand him my insurance and registration.
I was so pissed cuz i swear that the most i was doing was 65 AT MOST!!! i then saw him pull someone over a mile away from where i was pulled over. I do believe that while he was walking back to his motorcycle he saw me and pointed me out cuz i was alone in a lane. Im gonna try fight it but this sucks cuz i had only till february to not get a ticket so that my previous one i got a year ago in october wouldnt show on my record... HOW COME I GET PULLED OVER FOR CRAP I DIDNT EVEN DO BUT YET I DONT GET PULLED OVER WHEN I DO PULL SOME DUMB SHYTE!! AMY - its all ur fault. 91 dollar fine!
its the fact that TWO tickets now go on my record at ONCE!!! and i have three strikes against me as of now with those two tickets!! i already have a 200 dollar a month insurance rate!!! -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

No-oneknows how to drive an all the cops cept my ex's aunt are morons. when I wrecked my car (a dumbass old man ran a stop sign, an i plowed into him going 45mph) The cop was like uhh why didnt you stop.. Im like you dumbass.. the best was he didnt know what to do. he had to call another cop. stupid people.. sorry rant over I would say fight it, just say you slowly switched lanes for safty reasons, also say you wereswitchign because someone was gunna pass you. |

she most likely switched AWAY from the cop being on the right side of the road. It's hard to fight tickets, because after all...they're the most Honest people in the world, no bad in them at all...cops that is, not Angels --------------------  |

anyways yeah i switched cuz i was like blah a cop i wanna be in the furthest lane! dont know! :-( luckily my parents werent upset! but its not that i got a ticket for switching lanes its for speeding!!! which is BS! ill just say i had just looked down at my speedomter and it said 60. funny thing is he didnt say he clocked me or anything. I dont even think he did! he was on a motorcycle. when i passed him he was walking back to the motorcycle and when he got behind me is right when he pulled me over..i dont see where he could have clocked me :-( -------------------- Cruisin down the street in my Infiniti...always lookin for my next trip to Sin City

I have also passed by a cop and switched lanes, into the slwo lane, and two coppers pulled out an puled me over. but that also might have had somthign to do with the 3 cases of beer an 2 handles we just bought..  lol

i moved into the fast lane not the slow lane! all the way right is slow lane - all the way left is fast lane! but i think he was walking back to his car and noticed me cuz duhhh who wouldnt with that car of mine! and just had his mind set on me!

always ask to see the gun, it can be ur saving grace. if he doesnt show you then you can tell the judge he/she refused to show you and it will get dropped. Unless you were doing 100 in a 70

in maryland policeman are trained to be able to use other methods to judge how fast you were going so that wouldnt work here

Concider yourself lucky you didnt get caught doin 85mph, like I was. My first ticket, $215.00, and three point on my record. I have court on Dec. 7th. I dont speed anymore though and havent since Nov 1st. Let's hope I can keep it up.

I got a ticket a few months back.... 18 over = $260..... thank god for traffic survival school..... |

It could have been worse... a little over a week ago i was doing 84 in a 55=$325
First ticket I've ever gotten too... thankfully I can do traffic school.

i dont think the "judge by other methods" would be admissable in court. You gotta have proof.
