I was woundering what are top speed is in our car, because the other day i was doing around 125 and i still had a little bit more to go in 5th gear. I have a 94 gt by the way if anybody is woundering.

Govenor will cut the fuel to the engine once its reached a certain speed. I've gone 120 with my stock 94 GT - according to Toyota, top speed is 125. I'm goin JDM - no govenor - and top speed isnt 125

115 mph, speed limiter kicked in and it felt like my car **** a brick but then i maintained 110 for the majority of the time, and the car was simply cruising, didnt have to work hard to maintain the speed

it was very very fun. i did do it on an open road that i could see about 10 miles in each direction and the only other people on the road(2 or 3) were doin 100 anyways, lol

i kno my car could have gone faster; when the limiter kicked in, i was at 4100 rpms(redline is at 5900-6000) and i have an auto, which still accelorates when you hold at a rpm if i didnt have that fuel cut, i could have probably hit 125 or more, the car was still pulling

uhhh yea...I have a 2003 Honda (yes a honda) CBR1100xx. Just got it as a gift from my gf (even though I have to pay...no interest for 4 years..then i have 6 to pay it.) Haven't had a chance to drive it yet because of the arm but it will be good again in two weeks.. My uncle drove and my buddy adam and they looked like they just saw a ghost after they got off of it..

Not necessarily, if you get the right tire size to make it accurate it shouldn't change it all..i know if i put 225 /35 -18s on my car it would be the same. Or so it says "0.0% off."

Its not your alignment, I had the same exact problem. I got scared to go over 80-85, but its your tires. They need balanced again, if your still running stock tires, get some rims. They solved my problem, and i've got a smooth ride all the way to 120.

Prolly going bout 140)). This was on the streets one night where the runs pop everywhere. It was a really really exciting night for me.

I like this man... brain where it should be. firmly in the croch. I agree about the 7th gen cars to...ponsy is all i can say, and without being arogant what happent to the 4wd turbo model. I love mine. goes like stink and sticks on the road like **** to a blanket. As for mr F550 big respect. Id love to have a go on a decent track. Will do as soon as ive paid off my car loan (not too long now i hope) and can afford the discs, pads, tyres i would wear out. He he. Big respect to all the nutters out there!

Hit 140mph while racing a silver Mercedes in my Eclipse. I don't know what it is, I hit the speed limiter before I could catch up. It was amazing though, because at around 100, the car kinda got low down on the ground all of a sudden.

Haven't pushed the celi past 160kph though... I don't feel as ungrateful to the car as I did with the eclipse, lol.

though i wasn't thinking and un-tucked @ that speed which turned me into a human parachute (supposed to)
but i forgot the force of 170mph winds is enough to lift a human off the ground and throw them pretty good, it almost sent me off the bike...
though i plan to see near 200 eventually i still had 1 more gear to go

a stand alone will take out the gov. but since you have a 94 you can just put a switch on 1 ECU wire and it will go bye bye
