That guy who jacked 120 bucks from me called me last night saying he was his older brother - which i hear he doesnt have one...but anyways

so he called me and said i dont know what hes capable of and that if i cared about myself or my car then i would stop.

So do i go to the cops?

i recorded part of the convo on my cell - he even asked are you recording this cuz i heard a beep - haha!

but anyways yeah i hear he wont pull anything and that hes doing this as a scare tactic so ill back off trying to get my cash!

i mean the cops are gonna be like well its ur dumbA$$ that let him borrow the money when u barely new him (THIS IS TRUE) but i mean he is now threatening to do something

his "brother" said "corys a crazy guy - he will light ur car on fire in front of your house and sit there and laugh"

I would say, if you dont care to much bout the money let it go. Cause there are some crazy people that would just go that far. Other wise, if you wanna piss him off. Call the cops, say he threatened your life, and your to burn your car, and get a restaining order. an see what else you can do.

i posted on a nwstreet racing site about how hes a scammer - cuz on that site people post that... i found out he got 3,000 dollars out of some guy for a motor and never came thru with the motor. so i was like watch out yall for him and people were like lets beat his ass and i kept saying no i dont want him beat up i just want my money so id like some guys to come with me when i go to his house so im not by myself - so now his bro said that im having people threaten him and harassing him and theres even posts on the site saying dont do anything just meet up with me and have my back

I will get you a number to call.Its not the police.They are investigators.They Will Handle **** like this...And Then You can get a some kind of orde rthat he cant call you,contact you etc.If anything happens to your car..Anything..Like a dent,scratched etc..Then You can blame it on him.Cops will take him away.He most likely spend minimum of 14 days in jail

I just recently hellped out a friend.he sold his GSX to some kid.Inside Left some guicci shades.Tons ZOf Cd's.Books etc.The guy who bought it was really rushing. My friend let him barrow his Plates to go drive back home..ANd the Guy was gon meet up couple days later to exchange personal things an dtags.The guy never returned calls for two weeks. I called my hookups .They sent 5 officers to the guys house.The Dude **** in his pants and the mom called my friend saying how sorry she was etc.Two days later He got all his **** back in the mail

forget the money, call the cops he threatend physical damage/harm , he can go to jail for that, and sounds like he should. cops may be jerks on the road but there great when it comes to stuff like this, I would be very careful though, he will probibly get much madder, and more violent if he finds out so be sure to mention that to the cops, maybe thay can protect you till he is in custady.
