Anybody ever mod their xbox? Some guy at work gave me one that he had previously modded, and dident want it anymore. He took the chip out, or whatever he did to it. So since i have an extra i wanted to get some sort of mod chip. I’ve done some with electronics and I am proficient with a soldering iron. So hell, why not? Anybody ever do it, or know where to get some good info. I googled it, didn’t find much info, just a couple companies that sell em. no real info though. Thanks yall.

Yah.... but before diving into a modchip you may want to think about soft modding it..... cheaper.... easier.... and almost exactly the same functionality.....
