I believe they're Mugens. Can't remember the name but I always see them on Honda-Tech.com.

Yes... those are either Mugen wheels or Rota Circuit 10s. They only come in 4 lug... =[

But they also looke quite similar to Rota Torques, which are knockoffs of some Work Wheels... Rota torques do come in 5x100... but only in 17x7.5 with 48mm offset. It'll look tucked in on celicas.
