I would def have to say Duff, for what Nat said, she has the sweet girl and cuteness. Im not all about sluty girls that change there image so much and are fake. Duff seems more real and down to earth and umm not a slut, that and she is hot. This is an on going debate, all my friends vote for lohan, but I dont understand it, shes umm not that hot, fake (boobs) and just looks nasty when she does all that fake tan crap.
