Seems to me that a lot of people run 18s, and 7.5 wide aren’t to wide, so you should be ok by my knowledge. I noticed that no one was writing so I thought I would say something. Don't take my word as the truth, there are those who know more, and if you do a search of this, I'm sure you'll find something. Just look up wheel size and offset.

European money and American are different amounts aren't they? I've noticed that cars that cost around 13K here, cost around 25-26K in euro's. Any truth to that?

so do you think its worth to get the rims without the tires package then?

Ive seen alot of good rim tires deals. I like Toyo tires, so i might just go with those.

BFG KDW's are nice tires. But they aren't great in the wet and only a summer tire. They also wear pretty quick. Although, they hook up great and are real fine tire if you have cash to burn. But I've said it b4 and no one listens. Eagle F1's. Go to tire rack and compare em with other tires in their price range. I'll buy you an asian hooker if you can find a better tire.

uummmmm the KDW has a near perfect rating for wet weather cause its a DRY WET tire hence the DW in KDW ????
i think your thinking about the KD maybe or another similar but what your talking about is defenitly not the KDW(which is an all season tire)

BlackCelicaGT94, how do you like your ride quality with 18s and those tires? does it handle pot holes and crappy roads well?

why is it scary? not a big deal peeps mess up lil codes all the time but yea KDW is a winter/wet tire
and its awesome

and as for the tires lagos pot holes are something you'd want to avoid with 18s but i have a 35-40 sidewall and have nicked a few holes (not that big) and havn't suffered any damage

so basically, for a rim and tire package, dont get this one? the rims are sweet, and well i guess the tires suck, but thats what ya get for less then $1000 dollars. How long ya think the tires would last me? i only drive like 10 miles a day now with my new job.

remember..

the only thing that connects you to the road when you are going 65 mph are your tires...

UK pound is worth about 1.9 USD.

But we get taxed to death. A new Celica-GTS in the US would come in around 22K loaded up. That's 40K USD.

A new Corvette is more like 50K UKP. Can you see a yank paying damn near 100K for a corvette?
