i am thinging of geting one Underdrive Crank Pulley from c-one, so i've startet asking people for there oppinion's and half of them say go for it and the other half that it's not worth the money.... i am confused confused.gif does anyone knows for sure if it's worth it or not? has anyone tryed this?

Depends on how much the c-one pulley costs. I think the asp underdrive pulley is like $130 or something like that. But yea its worth it.

how much hp do you get from it? the asp underdrive pulley is said to give you like 8 or something. just wondering if it actually works

You don't gain horsepower and torque from installing a lighter pulley's.. What it does is, the pulleys minimize the parasitic loss caused by the OEM pulley's, because they weigh more, or has a bigger diameter, they take more power to spin them and use the accessories attached to them. It's freeing up parasitic loss.. Not adding horsepower and torque.

And horsepower and torque is relative.. smile.gif

Personally I dont like these. Im not sure but it may take away the harmonic balancer which decreases vibration in your engine and I dont see the minimal gains are worth the potential damage to the engine.

It's like putting on a lightweight flywheel but for your belts.
