exhaust if you have more coming in more needs to come out wink.gif
the option for that is custom
try meganracing.com they have nice mufflers

you'll want 2.25" pipe from the cat back

or a 2" header 4-1

do an exhaust system with new headers. There is a group buy on headers going on.

I dont think the group buy header is for the st engine. Is it possible to have a custom header built?

there are different headers out there for the ST. i think some places advertise having an actual 6th gen ST header..otherwise, you would use a Corolla(that came w/ the 7afe) header. i wrote a how-to a while back, which you can read HERE.

lemme know if you need anymore information. smile.gif.

Dumb question maybe, but what exactly do I gain if I mounted the corrola header?
Is the gas flow so much better designed than original that it actually would make difference?

Same difference an intake makes or an exhaust makes, its part of a system which in the end can get you a few hp. People buy these things thinking they're going to have a fast car all of a sudden but really unless your doing big things its not worth it.
