Hey, I need some more power, but i can't swap or turbo (my father doesn't want to see that happen to it). So i need something i can do which will give more power, but won't effect the lifetime of the engine, is relatively cheap and easy to install. 9.5 sec 0-60 is just terrible.

well cheap and wont harm the engine would be cold air intake and a completely performance exhaust system. that would move you to 9.0 sec 0-60

Cold air or ram(forced by scoop) intake, Custom exhaust or cat back, mr2 headers(might not want to try the headers quite yet let me make sure they will work first), NO2, webcam cams, higher compression pistons/gaskets, you'll just have custom stuff from here on out. Do these and in this order. You'll maybe go up from 135hp to around 145 with these mods. Just kidding, you'll get more than that. Don't forget about supension. And a short through shifter is important to some, I've never really seen the need of it though. Good luck, and search the forums.

what he didn't say was with, N02, cams, high comp pistons you will have to upgrade the fuel system as well

fuel pump, injectors, management

Yeah, injectors and probably fuel pump. But I don't think management really needs messed with. It would be a good thing to put on the list of things to do though. I'd put it at the end. I'd probably say no with the NO2 as well though, for complety different reasons. I'm not really a NO2 fan, the stuff just doesn't seem right to me.

Adding injectors and a FP wont do much but make it run rich.

Yeah, it'd make it run rich at lower rpms, but if you got the cam you'd need the extra fuel espesially at high rmps. I'm not talking a huge upgrade here, just a little stronger, not like 900cc or anthing.
