My teacher in middle school told us a story about when she was using one at a party or something and the the vase on the table behind them just floated up and flew across the room and broke against the wall. That was some freaky ****, that why I don't use them.

They're such BS. If anybody watches Penn&Teller's Bullsh!t, you'll see how they proved that its BS. They had some ppl use it, and it "worked" but then they blindfolded them and rotated the ouji board without them knowing, and the "spirits" guided the piece to where there was no word or letter.

Haha...

I gots one of those crazy things. I had this one ouiji momment where I was at a friend's house, and me and my good buddy whipped out the board and started playing and as we're playing, this loud crashing noise banged all around the camper. We weren't sure where it was coming from, because it sounded like it was coming from inside, but it also sounded like it was coming from outside aswell... But it wasn't any of my other friends who were also in the camper, cuz they were all sound asleep and we were right there in the same room. And we couldn't hear anyone runing around outside the camper, and we couldn't see anybody either. I dunno what happened, but it was crazy.

Okay you all are talking about paranormal stuff so here try thiis........I live in a haunted house. My house has been here from before the civil war and is right next to railroad tracks. These tracks are from the railroad and train that lincoln road on to give the gettysburg address. My house was a hotel for people that rode on the trains like a train stop. well anyhow back to the story i live three miles away from gettysburg so we have found railroad ties and bullets and cannon balls in our back yard. Back to the haunting part......in the olden days when a person died or wa born they plant a tree to symbolize them well before we moved here the owner previous to us cut one of the tres down....he said the night after he did to someone was knocking on the door he went to the door knowone was there he looked at the door the door still was sounding as if someone was infront of him knocking on it.......now you have to realize ok this sound fake.....but you have to tell me why would he have sealed the door up and made it into a wall? yes that is what he did....we have no front door because it is sealed from the inside. Now for my family's experiences...we have lived here for 9 years now my mom has heard thing, i have seen doors open and shut by them selves....i have seen my cat rub up againt mid air but the two most disterbing things have happened to a friend of the family and my brother. We had a friend of the family stay over one night and he had slept on a recliner chair....well he asked my mom if she had come down the staires the night before and went in to the kitchen? she said no and asked why he then explained to her that someone can down the steps looked at him and proceeded to walk into the kitchen.....moments later he got white (you have to realize her that when the chair is reclined there is no way to get around it you have to step over it.) the person that looked at him walked through his legs to get to the kitchen. to this day he will not step foot in this house....okay no this time it was halloween and my brother was complaining how nothing cool ever happens to him, as he said this the front door started to knock he went to check it out and left his woman in his room. the knocking stopped as it did he heard his woman scream so he ran back to his room the lights were flickering....only in his room no ther part of the house......the light finally went out and then came back on...he looked round (he had a round glass table that was about two in thick) that table was broke in half.....didn't shatter, no grain marks, nothing it just broke in half and was laying on the floor........what do you think? Our house is featured in ghosts of gettysburg.

Well, I do got a ghost story, and since I live in the wild wild west theres plenty of ghost out here. I was on a tour of an abandoned mine town when something caught my eye. I turned to look at a piano in a saloon and I saw this old hag lady playing the piano. The wierd thing was, nobody else could see her or hear her. What freaked me out was she was playing great balls of fire!

I stayed at a haunted house in New Hope Pennsylvania. It was a bed and breakfast. We did not know it was haunted at the time. But my girldfriend woke up in the middle of the night to someone yelling someone's name outside out room. She woke me up, but it had stopped. We told the inn keeper about it the next day, and she told us we were the only people in there that night. Then told us about it being haunted. All sorts of crazy stories. She even had a picture. It was of the stairs they just remodeled, (which supposidly stirs up the spirits when you mess with their surroundings), it had this wierd prism light going down the stairs and around the corner. I work with graphics, and this was no lens flare or anything.

The night we were leaving, the whole place was being rented out by a paranormal investegator group back for the third time.

Back home in portugal, my sisters always used to see the men with fiery hair laughing at them all night wen they went to bed, every night the men would get closer to them until my parents moved rooms with them, another one was a buddy of mine from portugal, he was walking in this world war 1 memorial place with alot of cannons at night, and he heard strange noises, wen he went to investigate he saw a distorted image in action of men firing a cannon, he told me wen he screamed all the men in the distorted imaged looked at him simotaneously. I almost **** my pants wen he told me this story......

I didn't believe in it so me and some frat brothers got one, one night. It said some interesting crap and I asked if I was gay and it said yes.

The orginals were actually made outta human skin. My grandmother has one. No one wanted it when she died.

Well, I have a few personal friends from Minnesota and they are still pretty horrified by an incident that happened to people in their neighborhood. Here goes:

In my culture, babies are thought to be the most vengeful spirits. When an infant passes away, they seek to live once more for the lack of time they spent alive.

It was autumn, and the leaves had begun to fall. One night, Paul (name changed to keep confidentiality) and his girlfriend Amy (name changed to keep confidentiality) were celebrating went out to the bars with two other couples. It was nearing Haloween and they all wanted to go somewhere to scare each other. One of the other couples suggested that they stop by the cemetery to freak themselves out. Everyone agreed and they parked their car next to the gate. The three couples headed out of the car and towards the darker side of the cemetery. There was a dark forest that was located behind the forest, and they all ventured towards it. The couples split up and went to go do their own things. Paul and Amy started chasing after each other just for fun. Upon reaching a fork, Paul sped up and ran farther ahead. Amy lost sight of Paul and started walking on the opposite path. Once she reached a little further in, she heard the cry of a baby. She knew that it was impossible for an infant to make it all the way out here. She heard something shuffling in the leaves towards her quickly and panciked. Instinctively, she picked up a branch to defend herself. The crying of the baby continued. The shuffling came closer and louder. She threw the branch and she could hear the shuffling go after it. She repeated this twice more and ran. Amy called for Paul but there was no response. The shuffling came nearer and nearer. She ran back towards the car and yelled for all of the couples to come. Quickly, she told the others of what had happened. They all became frightened and yelled for Paul. There was no response, so they left out of fright. Over the next few weeks, Paul was not found and Amy began to become very sick. Amy eventually moved to California in the following weeks and died unexpectedly. Paul has never been found. There have been reports that a few years before the incident, a teen mother had buried her newborn infant in the forest behind that cemetery.

I got goosebumps. Time to think of something else.

Ok heres my story happened about a year ago. First off i work as a trainer so my job does require travel. Last year our callcenter opened a new facility in Liverpool NS (Place is Creapy as hell to start) The resort I was staying at was built way back in the day ( early 1900s) The way it is set up there is cabins like some beach cottages, theres the main lodge then theres a bunch of new buildings csattered around the resort. So at first I was in the cabin. But after 2 days I had it I wanted to mave my room to something nicer plus the cabin had all my clothes smelling like wood it was musty whatever I went to get a new room. I talk with the clerk and she says they have one room left room 208 its not a cabin but in the main lodge.
Here is the main lodge 208 is second floore all they way to the left near that little tower.
user posted image[/IMG]

So I tell the clerk fine Ill take it. But the weird thing is it sounded like she was trying to talk me out of taking the room. She kept asking are you sure, Its a really small room, this, this and that. I was like I dont care Im justr sick of the cabin I want something more like a hotel room. So finally she gives me the key and says go look at the room first and let me know if you still want it. The room was so spooky, mad small wasnt even like a full room. But I took it. I stayed in that room three days and then I moved to the new buildings that are mad nice when a room opened up.
user posted image

The whole time I stayed in the main lodge its like everyone kept asking me every two minutes how is your room sir. Oh your in 208 how is your stay. It started to get weird.

HERES THE FREAKY PART

On night before I cahnged my room a second time. I was at the bar till about 2:00 at the hotel with some other people I traveled with drinking. I go up to my room a little after 2 in the morning. My phone rings and its my girl who is mad a s hell at me she like "I hate you , you a$$ hole. Blah, Blah,Blah and she just hangs up.Now im drunk as hell I dont know what the hell she is mad at. I try to call back she does not pick up for three days. I left here abother message saying I changed my room form the lodge and gavce her my new room number. I then left for dinner. A couple of the people I was traveling with were like hey we heard your room was haunted and started telling me the story of a ghost named Ivy Elliotte who was the owners wife. I was like whatever brushed it off. My girl calls the next morning Like why did you change your room. I was like a nicer room opened up[ and besides I heard the main lodge was haunted. And thats when she told me why she was mad. She had called m,y room when I was at the bar (called directly to 208) First time she called someone picked up and hung up. She called right back and a women picked up the phone My girl was like "is Hiram their" with an attitude, and the women told her "hiram isint back yet." I was freakin out. Now what am I supposed to tell my girl it was a ghost in my hotel room. I talked to the clerk working that night and she said she didnt recieve any calls. I had to have my girl call the hotel for them to explain this whole ghost thing. And I printed her out an article in the paper about Ivy. The people that work at the hotel was acting like the ghost was a friend like oh you meet Ivy.

Heres a link to the hotel websight they mention Ivy on their. They told me this hotel was on a show called creepy canada.

Hotel link
