i am thing for my next performance part to get an msd ignition for 4 idividual coils and go to dyno again what will be the gains of it? does it worth it ?http://www.msdignition.com/ignition_6_6420.htm i thing this is the one i am talking about...... not sure yet

Um... 1/2 hp? I really am not a big fan of that stuff, unnecessary until you have big power.
