Well, you can use Dynamat, but only if you feel like wasting lots of money, because Dynamat is very expensive. I used 62.5 sq. ft. of RAAMmat60 (available at http://www.raamaudio.com and highly praised at http://www.elitecaraudio.com) in my car and it helped a lot. It's exactly the same as Dynamat Extreme, but doesn't have a Dynamat logo so therefore you save lots and lots of money.

Also, I've read that you can use trunk bed liner, expanding foam(like Great Stuff), and Peel and Seal(found at Lowes and Home Depot in the roofing supplies section) to sound deaden cars. Hope this helps. smile.gif

Do you mean Alpine Type-R's like mine?

The big panel along the back of the trunk, I took it off and it stopped rattling for the most part. When I turn the bass up, there will still be some bumper rattle, but thats only when the bass and the music is REALLY loud.

i used a door kit of dynamat and this pipe insulating stuff. i forget that the stuff is but its a thin foam strip and its sticky on one side. i put that inbetween where all the plastic meets the metal. between that and the dynamat it pretty much stopped all the rattleing. the bumped rattles if i have it cranked up be other than that it worked.
