i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

I have to say I am very pleased with the way it turned out. I think it looks pretty clean.

As for performance, I have had an over boost problem since I got the swap. I have been getting a high readings without a corresponding notice in performance. At first I thought it was a boost leak but I have traced all the connections a number of times. I thought maybe my MBC was the culprit but I am still having a problem although now I can get the boost to hold at 12psi and the least I got before was 14. I should be seeing 7 with the boost controller off so there is still an issue out there. My newest theory is that my actuator is not closing all the way because I have some unwanted play there. I picked up a used one for $10 and thats going in next week. I have my fingers crossed. I will give a full report after that goes in.

The interesting thing is that my problem has been intermittent and when it is working the power with the car is truly incredible. When it works, even 10psi feels like the car is going to get airborn. I can't wait to completely resolve this.
