First thing you do is buy the chrome bulbs that blink amber...that makes em look real nice.

yes and no. The best and safest way is to cut. You could do the "heat them in the oven then pry apart" way but that might warp, discolor, and burn them. the best thread I have seen to do this right is here
http://www.celica-club.co.uk/cgibin/phpbb2...9374&highlight=

I might do it this summer to mine, IDK

No. They are completely different. Look for Curren taillights for a vert.

I thought that the Curren lights had the clear strip anyway while the normal coupe lights had the amber strip?

On Dark Color i would say let the orange bit in. On bright cars (Yellow, white, silver) removing it will look better.

But its an oppinion.

I think either way it looks great, though personally, (on a black car especially) if I had clears then I'd remove the amber lens for uniformity - Kevstir's car is a good example biggrin.gif Like Kadett said though, its a matter of personal preference.

Have these on my FOUR and it really does transform the rear.
US$190 shipped - that's a good price. Can get them from a 'local' Toyota dealership for around US$230 for a pair.
