Just write them and tell em their using your car and would either like it removed from their site, or work out something...

Had a similar thing happen to me a while back. Car Auction House was advertising a Rover 220 GTi and used an image from my website. So I simply e-mailed them and said that it clearly states om my website that any images from my site are copyright of the photograper (ie me) and are not to be used elsewhere without my permission. So either remove the image or pay me. They removed it within the hour
