i found it be for but i can find it now. i was wondering the years for the dodge neon for the front strut bar because they fit the celica with a lil modifacation. is it a round the 95 year??

I got the megan racing dodge neon front strut tower bar. It looks pretty good, but it doesn't do anything. I'm considering selling it to try an buy a better one. Link <- It looks like the Gunmetal in the midle exept its a full ring.

tthe ones on ebay are like 99 cents
 i was looking at ordaring one back in october so i did, but it had to be custom made in japan and then shiped here and would cost over $400 and by february it still wasnt here so i cancled the order. so would the 99 cent ones even do anything considering there are ones out their for like 2-300?
