I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to the best place to drill a hole to get a wire from my exhaust cutout which is right behind my header, up though the car and to my center console
i'm scared to go through fireproofing material and whatnot.. -------------------- ![]() |

I have an electronic exhaust cutout system and the switch for it needs to be wired up throught the bottom of the car and to the center console so i can turn it on and off from inside the car

i would run the wire up into the engine bay and through a hole in the fire wall.
or maybe through the rubber boot the engine harness uses.. try to keep the hole far away from the cut out so the exhaust fumes have a harder time to get into the cab. |
