I think it's cool over all, but that front end reminds me of a cavalier and the back a nissan 350z.

I think it has 2 gen inspiration, minus the turbo of course. It's pretty nice though, as long as Mitsubishi will hold to the warranty on it.

Reminds me of a Cougar, Accord, and 2G all at the same time. And a bit of Audi TT.

I don't like it either. The only only color I've seen them in is orange... and I just don't like orange cars. They might be better looking in a diff color, but not by much.

basically, it's the last 2 gens combined. The rear really looks like an audi tt tho.

They do look much better in person, and also better in diff. colors (ive also seen bright red and black). I like the 5 spoke wheels on it more as well. The big thing that stuck out to me was there is NO legroom in the back. With the driver seat all the way back i couldent fit my hand between the rear seat cusion and the back of the driver seat at all... its a straight up 3 seat only car if the driver is taller than 5'8"....

theres 3 for sale at the mitsu dealership here in my town.. two oranges and a black one. Its deffinently NOT ugly in person. It just needs to be lowered, but then again what unaltered car doesnt look better lowered???

sorry all you celica guys but it doesnt look to bad (IMO), mitsu went all out to try and save their crapy car company from going under with this eclipse. Its nice and its got a hella powerful engine, but i dont think its gonna help much.

I don't think it looks too bad - 'cept I'm rather scared of it's weight and massive power to the front wheels. Torque steer anyone?

Personally I dont understand why people bother about the back seats on a sport coupe. Its a coupe for a reason? frown.gif All of the Eclipses are known for having no leg room in the back. Which I think is sticking to the point of sport coupe.

You honesly need to see how small it is then to understand- I ask why they even bothered to put a back seat in it because my guess is even 10 year olds wont fit. My buddy had a 95 GS, and it was even smaller than our celicas in back- but i could still literally force myself to fit. The 06 is so small it would make the 95 look roomy in comparison- if i were to sit in back, unless the seats were at least 75% up toward the front, the only place my legs would fit would be on top of the rear seat... its like Audi TT backseat small, and they put a warning label inside the doors saying anyone over 4 foot 2 shouldent attempt to try to fit back there... its an even bigger shock considering the last generation was acutaly bigger in back for a sport coupe...
