You paid $450 for shocks?!

At least it looks good.

EDIT:Nevermind. Just noticed you're in Canada. Still seems kinda high though.

My suspension was somewhere in excess of $3K.

Yeah, well Mr. E, why don't you go drive your precious GT-4 in all its 3K suspension glory off a cliff!!

Only joking.. Mr. E you can drive your car to my house and leave it in my garage if you want... I won't complain.. wink.gif wink.gif

well it was $389 CND for the shocks..$90 a peice for the front and $85 a peice for the rear...n thouse were KYB, i was gonna get some ok ones from my work..but they were $118 each for the front and $142 a peice for the rear..so it wasnt 2 bad.

oh..n its a 1.5 drop in the front and a 1 in the rear..not much, but its really noticeable. Drives soooo good now. All i have to do is get a new sway bar, end links, GT4 rear strut bar and make a strut bar for the front. and ill be done for suspention for awhile.

I am glad you like them...because that combo is going in my Celi. Now, after installing my Dropzone coilovers with stock shocks, I miss the stock suspension. I mean, you gotta admit it still feels damn good and it handles good in the twisties. Does that Tein/KYB combo feels superior to the stock suspension? For me, the stock suspension felt great...even when I instaled the 17" Enkeis. Let me know!

it rides really well, u can take corners alot quicker and with less body roll, but only thing is though i have a busted sway bar end link so i feel every bump and i still have alot of body roll because of it. But i like the ride its pretty fun...its very comfy and it will tuck ur 17s up nicely.
