So im sitting at my desk and some guy is going over to the coffee stand across the street so i gave him my order then i said "oh dont forget the whip cream. thats the most important part" and this guy walks in rihgt on that part and goes "whoa i walked in on the wrong part of a convo" so im sitting here blushing with nothing to say at all!!

but anyways there was some study done at the University of Washington lately saying a bit of sexual harassment promotes happiness in the work place..i think this is true..its the ugly women who are jealous of the hot girls getting hit on that complain!!! :-P

you said it , there are some fat ugly unhappy women on my job and complain about the younger sexy women wearing tight clothes , sleeveless tops etcs
and there is this one so called "religious"nut who told one girl her pants were too tight. I was like "wtf" because it was making him horny and thats a sin , he cant contain himself so he wants people around him to comply. Idont know about the study "promoting happiness , some guys go too far and it does cause problems.

I got in trouble at my last job for my back showing when i bent over...like theyve never seen a back?! Yet i see some old lady scratching her stomach and umm let me tell u that 65 year old stomachs are not hot!!!

IMO I think a small comment like that is alright, i agree with Manta that when some people go to far, but by then it's usually obvious to everyone.

its just to the point that its taken. Like if a guy were to grab your ass would be just wrong. But if its justa referance comment liek thgat, i think it has no harm. I think flirting p[eriod to any one will help a work place go better and everyone is happy. I tend to flirt with all the women at my work, and i wouldnt think of any of them like that, its just for fun i guess.

Its kinda lieka a glass of wine is healthy.. so is a lil flirting and sex jokes, but its just to what point.

But isnt ur work place a bit different than mine? im 20 years old where as all the men are atleast 30...I mean i dont take it as harassment. I think its funny..its just the a shame I cant say something back cuz i dont wanna look bad

sexual harassment laws are SOOO broad, and because of that, so situational... I've had jobs where sexual tension is funny, because both parties can correctly read the situation, and i've also seen the ugly side, unfortunatley... When someone gets uncomfortable, it needs to stop, thats how I look at it. If your a right wing priss, thats the "harasser's" job to pick up on, so to save the trouble... You can be conservative as F*ck, but you still have YOUR beliefs, and nobody should be able to deny that... That said, I remember in HS gender studies class there was a topic about this guy who worked on an oil rig and how his co-workers continually harassed him about his body, slapped his ass, grabbed his crotch, said lude things, ect.... He sued for sexual harassement, and the defendands all claimed that it couldent be sexual harassment, because they were all straight, so there was nothing sexual about their harassment... i remember saying to the class somthing along the lines of "thats the stupidest thing ever, its like me, after touching some girls tits, thats too bad your offended, im gay, so deal with it"... thank god the defendants lost, because sexual harassment, along with sexuality related issues, are always just PRECIEVED by the people outside of the situation- if your offened, your offened, PERIOD... yeah there are way conservative people who cant handle sexual related issues, but put yourself in their shoes... Would you like a crusty mofo all up on your sh*t? its only YOU who is grossed out....
