before you guys flame me about hit the search button biggrin.gif i have, i just want some opinions... ive been drooling over the 3sgte for months now and it came to my attention that PSI motorsports in charlotte had a GT4 clip (or whole car im not sure) but this place called pull a part has a 91 mr2 waiting for that bad boy to be pulled out! now i know it will be a night mare and i should stay away but dang! taking the engine will only cost at the MOST 200 bucks! since u do it yourself. but as far as having an ST, it will be a pain to put in...what would you guys do? wait and get the funds for the clip (which will cost me 2500 and 4600 for labor, and manual swap conversion) or get the mr2 engine and accessories and build it little by little?

Buy the motor and sell it to me when I can get the cash together (really), find a 4AGZE, and i'll let you use my garage for as long as you need to swap, even if I don't have the tools I got another garage near the border where we swap more motors than I swap girlfriends. BTW didn't you say they had some 6th Gens i can steal some metal from?

$2500 for a front clip is not a bad deal. But I understand, its the labor you're probably worried about. We why buy the clip the do it yourself?

Hey Matt my job offer went through, i'm probably getting out of computers for a while, but $2,000 for working 18 days a month isn't bad.

depends on the time frame you are looking at. If it's going to be a long time build it by pieces IF you know what u need AND it's going to be reasonalby cheaper than buyin a clip.

frown.gif , nah my new job will pay enough to get one, i'll start shopping in a couple of weeks, funny how bad I bash the way North Carolina does things and i'm getting a job for the state.
Either way you can still use either of my garages.
