For a basic S54 conversion, most people buy a Toyota Celica GT Tranny(S54).
i'm curious to find out what the difference is w/ the Camry's 2.2L Tranny? is it NOT a S54? if so what needs to be done to get it to work? This post has been edited by Consynx: Jul 1, 2005 - 4:15 PM -------------------- ![]() |

same box... different code because it has different gearing/final drives. There are also slight variations between the splines...
As for using a Camry tranny... should more or less be a direct fit... the axles are a question mark though... -------------------- "It's ok to be naked girl... I'm an artist!"
