Hey whats up guys and girls. Ok i have power door locks and that kinda stuff. Now i want to buy keyless entry. How hard is it to install myself. Electrical experience on a scale of 1 to 10 for me....... im at like 3-4. lol. Or should i just get it installed? Thanks guys. -john

eh, its not that had do you want a keyless entry/alarm or just keyless entry, the standalone entry is pretty cheap and easyer to install then an alarm but you dont get the alarm.

if you do a search there are plenty of guides/topics on how to install and what wires to connect and where they are so i doubt that your gana have a hard time with it.

If you aren't colorblind, it's an easy install lol. IF you know where the wires are. What I did was order the keyless entry off the internet, and while it was being shipped, i pulled off my lower dash and labeled all the wires i needed and made sure there was enough slack, etc. I bought a standalone keyless entry system which I installed in about 30 mins. Pretty easy, and well worth the time for the convience. Any more questions you can PM me. Good luck!
