http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...i%3A1%3A1v_home

the rims look just like this but there 18"x8 they are 5x100 so if you have a 5x100 car they fit and if you are goin to put them on a celica they dont stick out at all

those tires will really throw off the speedo and destroy acceleration on a celi.

62-1celi :

I could buy them in a heartbeat but first,
MOST IMPORTANT - I need pictures of EACH rim so I can see if there are any bad scratches, scuffs, etc. Are the tires in good shape?

SECOND MOST IMPORTANT- does 500 include shipping or how much will shipping cost (to Maine 04101)

THIRD MOST IMPORTANT - how much does one rim weigh?

Are you not planning on getting another Celi to put them on? Can we see a picture of them ON a celi (just to know they fit). You didn't have to do any modifications to the wheel well to make them driveable did you?

The circumference of the wheel remains the same so it shouldn't effect the acceleration or speedo. The bigger the rim, the smaller the tire. For example: My 16's have 205 55 16 tires on them. His 18's have 225 45 18.

Edit: And if you're sporting 18's like those, you're going to be putting them on a show car, not a car you want to go fast in so acceleration doesn't matter too much.

You have 205/55 R16? The stock size is 205/55 R15, that's quite a bit of difference, did you get your speedo recalibrated?

Based on the miata tire calculator, these are the following speedometer differences from the tires.

Stock: 205/55 R15 - 0% difference

205/55 R16 - Your travelling 4.2% faster than speedo indication on stock tires

225/45 R18 - 4.4% faster than speedo indication compared to 205/55 R16, and 8.8% (!) faster than speedo indication for stock tires.

Whoops! I meant 205 50 r16 (just checked). not that it makes a big difference. Company said it won't make a difference at all. But I'll research what you mentioned because i'm curious to know.

I change from stock 15s and Michelin Pilots in the winter to Ganador Pasion 17x8 Rims and 215/45R17 tires - acceleration is lower with summer tires and speedo is off, but just slightly
