i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.

I certainly believe its possible to fly this thing after 6 months of hard labor biggrin.gif biggrin.gif .

The only problem will be the fuel capacity.

I gata say, that just does not look safe to me. and why did he bult on some airplane wings up frunt, why not just get one of thoes big aluminum wings (no one can say its rice because he needs them to say on the gound)

side note: he has to jets on that thing and he could not take it past 200? it cant have that much lift on it, I like the stock breaks.

the first pic looked totally fake but after looking at the other, it seems like it really is real!! i don't think it safe to drive either because seriously, i don't think those tires or brakes can handle it.

hes staying on the ground going 170. those engines can definitely produce more power but theres no way to keep the car from lifting.

^ there is a very easy and cheap way to keep that thing on the ground even if it hits 300+, just hit up ebay for 5 or 6 civic aluminum wings at a wappin $40 plus shipping, and that thing will have enough down force to counter the lift.

The guy has had over 200 transactions and his feedback is 100%. His last 4 auctions were a Jr. Dragster, an Aircraft Mechanic book, a Fuel pump, and a turbine jet-engine. He has also has a jet-powered 3rd gen eclipse and sold his jet powered dakota. I don't care how "well-respected" that member is, this guy is for real.

jet powered dakota

*EDIT*
By the way, this isn't even the first mr2 that he has jet powered.
