Honestly guys, thats not that loud. I compete in USACI car audio comps, I have (4) 12" subs that are WAYYY louder than that. He would get smoked at any sound comp he went to (except like little local shows)

isn't bass a measure of amount of air being pushed? and the maount of air that can be pushed is deteremined by the Driver? i'd imagine a sub that huge can get louder. . . --------------------  |

i'd hate to have the only car with that sub in it.... couldn't drive it anywhere... unless it was in barbed wire fenced parking...

With the weight of that thing, I think if the car ever got broken into, it'd be the only thing remaining so in a sense it's good investment since you'll never have it robbed unless they think smart and bring a cherry picker also, hah.
