Im running a 94 st bone stock (muffler and intake...but still) i also had the cam timing set forward to 10...nothing much. Im seriously craving more power, but im not sure im ready for the headache of turbo as i find it hard to part with my car for too long...i hate seeing it parked up not running!!...but any who....im looking to do a complete 4age head swap. What do you guys think? is this a good way to go? any negatives? Will this be expensive? What will my HP look like after this swap? Is this a difficult swap? And what else will i need besides the head alone?

theres pro and cons for both sides as for cost depends on how you build it example

3sgte front clip 2500-3500 ship to your door
redo all the seal etc 300-1500
wiring pricey if you dont do it
axels

7agte
you have the 7afe bottom end
4ag head 50-100
wiring harness 100-200
built bottom 1500 balance everything new rods pistons etc
head work P&P and port match 700-1000
cams valve train 500
etc

yea your 3sgte is cool but ill stick to my 7agte
