Hey i need your guys' input, are these worth the money and installl time? Will I notice a difference or will it benifit the car to do these?

ground wire kits are easy to install and probably wont do much for a car that has not been modified. The spark wires are from a company that ive never heard of and are probably worse than your stock ones, unless your stockers are shot, plus it doesn't say if its for an st or gt.

Instant gain of 5-8bhp - hahahahahahahahahahahaha they gotta be kidding, they must have come from a Honda forum. hehehehe. Not a bad idea as earth straps dont last forever, they are cheap enough so if they dont work then so what...just throw them away, they look OK. Give em a try and let us all know how it goes.

If you want spark plug wires just get NGK wires for around $50.

i have a "TRD" ground wire kit. seriously.. don't think i does anything. but when i turbo it might.. lol. but it's just for looks. here's how mine looks
