Hi Bryan,

We would love for you and your group to come out to the Irwindale Speedway to race as a club. I think the most cost effective way would be to come out on a Thursday night, when we do our test and tune night on the dragstrip. It is $20 per car to race and $10 per spectator. If you feel that you would be interested in privately renting the track, you can call Bob Klein at the Irwindale Speedway. His phone number is (626) 358-1100. This is usually more expensive, unless you are going to have a group of people splitting the cost (which it looks like you have). Let me know if you any other questions about the track, or if there is anything I can help you with. Thank you for looking into a safe and legal way to race your cars.

Subject: Legal Street Racing

Hello,

I represent members from the sixth generation celica enthusiasts group, 6gc (www.6gc.net <http://www.6gc.net/> ). I saw your ad on cable TV about legally racing our cars at the speedway and am inquiring on the possibility of having our group race our cars there. We would have anywhere between 10 to 30 cars and could draw a crowd (friends/family) from 30-100 people possibly should this event take place.

Please let us know how we should go about this.

Thank you,

Bryan

The only thing I don't like about Irwindale, is that its only a 1/8 mile. So its really only good for us to practice our launches. Which of course isn't a bad thing either. 3s people like myself wouldn't be able to use the full potential of the motor. Last time I went, I'm pretty sure I just barely got to into 3rd gear.
If something can be worked out with the California Speedway then that would be fun and a FULL 1/4 mile. Besides I hear its one of the best track here in SoCal.
