If they are both made for the ST, the answer is yes.

i search many sites, and discover the clutch and flywheel the celica 140 hp(1zzfe)is the same of celica st 7a-fe.

According to part numbers... the clutch pressure plate and disc are the same... the flywheel itself could be different with the same pressure plate pattern or could be exactly the same. Also... I do believe the 1ZZ are 8 bolt cranks vs. the 6 bolt 7AFE... but I'm not 100% sure on that one...
