Power Neo?, How works Options

I saw some pics here and some of the members of this page have power neo units installed in their celi's, but how this mod work.?

$118? LOL. I thought this thing would cost about $10. $20 at the most. It's just a cuple magnets.

yea. i nvr figured out why it cost that much but i still bought it anyway
but i read up somewhere that they have been dyno proven to increase 5hp? soo?

I don't quite see how this would actually work, this is like that magnet wrist thingy that TV shows always try to sell. You could just go to the hardware store buy a round magnet and tape it to your fuel lines. Either way it does the same thing regardless.

I used search but this thing dont work just found no real info, and in the other hand all the good info it's on japanese.

And yes i found that thes things are a pair of magnets and they flits the fuel molecules to allow more space between and in this space goes oxygen.
But who know the true, people still buying this thing.
