I have an ST205 cluster connected to my AT200 harness. After careful inspection, everything's connected correctly and SHOULD work properly. I'm having problems some problems. The needles on the temp and fuel gauge wont move(Temp stays on "H" and fuel stays on "E".) And the cluster won't light up when I turn on the night lights(3 green bulbs). I'm going crazy but the next step is to check the voltages, ohms, grounds, etc to see if there's power going through all that crap. Would anyone happen to know how much voltage should be passing through each wire and what to do if a certain wire isn't showing the correct reading? How do you check for a good ground? I would really appreciate some help on this so I can be up and running because it's scary not knowing how much gas you have or if your car's about to blow up. Thanks in advance, guys.

I know that for the type 194 bulbs, they should get around 12 volts at full brightness on the dimmer switch. You do have the dimmer switch back in, right? Because without that plugged in, your bulbs won't light up in the cluster.

Checking for a good ground can be done with a multimeter. Grounds should be made to unpainted surfaces and can be tested with a multimeter.

that temp/fuel part of the cluster probably wont work for you because of the factory boost gauge that also sits in that section.

so you think if i unplug the boost gauge circuit, it'll work? o, and just curious. on the at200 cluster(i amagine its the same for the st-whatevers), theres a black chip. it's from denso. i heard its a governor. it's right behind the tachometer. what you guys think? just curious. the st205 don't have it. o, and would anyone know how i could rig the 3 green bulbs to light up the cluster. i know it has to be to some light that lights up when you turn the left knob thing for the night lights. anyone know? because they light up on the first click and the low beams dont. so i cant hook it up to that. any ideas? im thinking of doing what lagos said and removing the turbo thing to see if that works and rigging the 3 bulbs so they light up. and i SHOULD be good to go.. lol. thanks guys.

o, yea, of course, the dimmer is connected and on. lol. i almost forgot that tho the first time i took it apart. lol. thanks. good lookin out.
