for the radiator part take a household hose and just rinse it out if you want go to a home depot or lowes and get some of that CLR stuff but make sure you rinse very well after that. the intake side you could just take a can of brake cleaner and spray it in there while holding it vertical till the stuff drains out then rinse it and let dry. also look at defgeph's profile for how to mount a BOV on that IC since you cant tap into the side like your air-air one.

you have to be carefull on what type of degreaser you use. Because some degreaser can leave residue that cling on to dust and creates all sorts of nasty problems. That is why most people just use brake cleaner. All brake cleaner is, is alcohal. So it drys fast and leave no residue.

Use petrol. Block up one end, pour in petrol, block other end and then swirl around. Pour out petrol complete with crud. Repeat until petrol comes out as clean as it goes in. Leave outside for a while for excess petrol to evaporate. If there is anything left inside, it will simply get 'blown' into the engine and 'absorbed' in the usual cycle.

i would just use a big can of carb cleaner and spray it in there....or gas like GT4WRC said. that way if there is anything not fully dry, you wont be suking up simple green into your engine.
