My parents are assholes to me and my GF.

My mom gets pissed off when my GF stays the night. Don't know y, she lived here for 3 years. Its like its killing her to see sandra here for 2 hours a day. Sandra goes to school at 7am, then goes to work at 5pm and doesn't get here till almost 10pm. She sees sandra for a couple minutes and then sandra and i go to bed.

Dad is on my case cause i don't have a job. I do have a job, but i can't work cause my toe is broken. He says if i can walk i can work. I can walk, i can't stand on that foot for very long or my toe starts to throb. he doesn't get that. I even TOLD my foot doctor that i needed to work. She said not for another 2 weeks. im going with her on that cause she is a doctor for crips sake. Hes retireing in a couple weeks and everytime he comes around me he yells at ME casue THEY don't have money and i need to get a job cause after he retires, there isn't gonna be anymore money.
Its like its my damn fault. If there is money problems, he comes and yells at me.

I just wanna ****ing get outta here ASAP!!!!

As soon as i can get back to work sandra and i r finding a place. I don't care where it is as long as its far away from my parents.

OMG I hear you on this one. My parents are too strict, the don’t get that I am 20, I have a job and I go to college for adult ed classes every other weekend, I take 2 night classes, and an online course. So I tend to stress a lot. I’d love to move out ASAP but honestly I don’t make enough to move out alone. I’ve talked to a lot of my friends about moving out with me but most of them are in College and don’t have jobs like I do, which sucks. So idk. I graduate in February, hopefully I get a pay increase and more hours, if so I’ll move out on my own. I really can’t take much more of living here. mad.gif

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

ive lived out of my house for 3 years (im 21 now) and i would rather live at home. always food and drinks in the fridge when your hungry. always tp when you have to wipe your ass, laundry detergent when you need to do laundry, and the place isnt always a mess (i live with 2 other guys lol), and no bills. buuut my dad wasnt really strict i could do whatever i wanted, so maybe thats why id rather live at home then not?

My parent's let me do what ever as well. I got out when I was 18, after highschool. I felt like it was time to be an adult and move out my parent's house. My family is great, so I visit them a good bit, and I talk to my mom no the phone every day. I don't think I could stand to live at home anymore though, I'm just to old for that.

I got fed up with living at home about a year ago and moved out with my best friend. It was great till I realized how much money I was spending. My checks were gone the day I got them because of rent, food, general things we needed for the house etc. Plus I was such a scaredy cat that I was back at my parents house every night anyways cuz my room mate worked at night so I didn’t wanna be home alone. I moved home a few months later and things have been better between my parents and i. Of course we get in arguments but I save about 700 dollars living at home. Plus if I live at home I don’t gotta buy food as long as I catch my dad at the right time to call him and tell him to bring something home.

Plus my parents are really easy going. help me out with my car and what not and have never grounded me mainly cuz im a pretty good kid except i can be a brat but i never stayed out late and never did anything bad. So as long as they know where im at then i can basically stay out till whenever. I have the freedom most people want but barely use it

im too old to be living at home.
lol
i did move out a couple years ago. moved in with my neice and her husband. it wasn't bad, but i hated her husband. he was into cars like me and thought he knew it all. i moved back in with my parents a couple months after that.
im trying to get my old house in town. when we all moved in the country he kept the house in town to rent out. the renters never pay on time. after i get back to work im gonna try and see if i can rent out the house.
Hopefully be outta here after the new year.

well i heard ya phat. my girl moved to NY afew months ago and after living in my mum's apartment, my mum started to dislike her staying there. but well not as harsh like how you rents treated you, but she told she want her to move cause my aunt was gonna move back in.. well i just grab my stuff and moved out. me and my girl got our own apartment now and it's alot more comfy and nicer IMO than my mum's place. but it's their place and as long as we live our parent's place. we gotta abid to their rules

i agree, get out as soon as you can. if that means delaying work on the celi for awhile, so be it. ya the no food part kinda sucks though, its always sad when i open the fridge.

Me and the wifey live at my parents house right now until I get my career started, which will be sometime around late winter. I don't think it's too bad, my parents are cool about it. We save hella money cause there's no bills to pay-that's the best part about it. Always food in the fridge, and no rent!

On the other hand, we can't wait to get our own place biggrin.gif.
