This is going to sound like a really dumb simple question, but im just wondering what some people have bought (light bulb wise) if they had clear turn signals... The bulbs i have are kinda an off white color right now, and it doesnt go well with the headlights (sylvania) at all... im just looking for some suggestions on what to get, and if anyone has those chrome bulbs? those seem pretty cool.

Thanks,
-Josh.

I got amber bulbs... They look great if you have clear side markers to go with them cuz they light up the same color... Here's pics of mine... they are really old crappy pics of my car when it first got its kit installed so dont laugh lol biggrin.gif

see thats not too bad, i wanna go with white bulbs i think...i dont really like amber, but thats the obvious safe (and legal) thing to do... ive got the silverstars in my low beams, and i really like those, and i was hoping for something similar to that for the turns.

Well to start off I'm guessing it'll be daily driven car ?
In that case I would go with amber but with Stealth / Silver bulbs like this (Which it would glow amber when the light or signal is on & they do have other colors as well) ...

Which would be street legal + you won't be able to see the amber from the corner & side markers unless you turn on the signal or lights. biggrin.gif

yea its a daily driver, and those are what i was thinkin about getting... The law isnt a problem though, well that came out funny, but im not worried about that aspect. Lets just say my family has its role... well anyways, if i cant find a good pair of white bulbs, ill definately be goin with those silvers.

i like the hyper white just because the longer you use them. That blue color fades into a really bright white. My sidemarkers are really white now. and my turns are getting there but i need actual clear turns instead of my custom ones. But its just my opinion.

Well my clear turns were made by FallenHero...

Yeah, you do havta make them... But if you look up in the Parts Data Base, you can find an article (I think FallenHero wrote it too) you can figure out how its done smile.gif Or you could just hit him up and see if he could do it for ya...

I think I'm going to have to find someone who's willing to do them for me, I found that article and gave it a shot, but i couldn't find any decent plastic for the light cover, the stuff i had kept breaking into pieces when i tried to cut it, plus i sucked at it.

yea it takes some delicate cutting and drilling... i had to put other things behind it alot of the time to make it a lil more secure...works well for drilling that whole where the screw goes...
