Is it just my tire,s cus when I press on the breaks when there is snow the abs kicks in as I press bit by bit or when I press fully because the snow is not that thick or could it be something else or something wrong with my breaks.

First off, not to be mean but your post is very hard to read.
Second, even if the snow isn't very thick the car still could be getting bad traction which would cause your ABS to kick in. I don't think there's anything wrong, maybe your tires are really bald or something but otherwise it could just be really slick. -------------------- 1999 Celica GT

just some advice for you guys, use the engine braking method to slow down instead of normal braking when driving slow on slippery roads.
i do it all the time but don't over do it (ie. don't rely on engine compression to slow you down from 65 km/h using 2nd gear.. use the appropriate gear depending on your speed, and downshift accordingly, and brake in conjunction with using engine compression if you need to gradually slow down faster. btw i'm sure most of you know but that only applies to manual cars.. oh... and just wanna say "be careful driving" we don't want to see anymore wrecked celicas... yea, im havin trouble drivin now. We got like 3 inches of snow last night n it was snowin all day 2day. I couldnt even get out of my driveway this mornin cuz of the snow built up behind my car cuz of my sis brushin off hers and cuz im sittin on a set of Z rated tires. They are pure summer tires. It took me like 30 seconds to get upto 20km/h. Good thing all the roads were cleared or salted. My stupid road is way off from the main road so we dont get plowed for awhile. I hadda use my moms van for the entire day. Gonna go buy my Perelli snow tires tomorrow

LoL thanks for the feedbacks Guys and Girl yah i just purchased 2 front bridgestone blizzaks 195/60/15 because it's hard to get 205/55/15 and cost more so the guy at the tire place told me it will be fine to go with these and he gave me a good deal since I worked for them before. The tires work great the abs doesn't kick in all the time now.
