I hate when i call customer service and its all automated well heres a website that will help you quicklly get past all that crap and right on to a real person

I could have used this a few weeks ago when I sat on hold for over an hour with Dell trying to get a new laptop charger..

press "0" for an operater... (used for handicapped people) and than just play stupid
