when i was still using nextel, i used webjal to upload ringtones and java apps. visit http://www.howardforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=170 there are loads of apps, software, ringtone, wallpapers and info.

oh man I avoided the USB altogether, to much hassle to get it to work. I went with the serial cord. Check out nextelforumz.com for some stuff too. What operating system are you using?

pics should be plug and play, wall paper and ring tones u need iden lab webjal, ur techinically not supposed to have this but i do, the iden lab is not easy to find online but im sure u can, u also need the NextPimp media center *can be bought at nextpimp.com* but once again is online jus really hard to find, also cool edit pro 2.1 or 2.2 to cut your ring tones, but theres a lot more to it
u wont be able to jus plug and transfer, hense why u pay for ringtones in stores. -------------------- ![]() |

I load stuff to my thing all the time without Iden Lab & Next Pimp media center. I have Webjal, Motorola media software that I think comes with the i860, and Cool Edit Pro. All of which are free, and easily found on the web.

yea. when i had my i830, i upload ringtones, wallpapers, java apps all with webjal. don't need no next pimp joint or iden lab jump off. and webjal is free. don't have to pay for anything. connect the usb cable and upload through there.
