I want to lower the car, but it has to be height adjustable so I can switch back to normal when needed.
Theres no way I can afford 'proper' coilovers so I was thinking of one of the kits that are out. I take it they use the standard dampers/struts? I've read most of the posts on here about them and heard that they give a bouncy ride - does that mean it will be as soft as the standard suspension? I'm not bothered about race-like handling.

I dont think you understand how bounce it is .the best way to go would be ground control coilovers . alittle pricey but 10 times better than ebay ones . they use eibach springs

They sound good. I had heard that the ebay ones were no good, are they the Dropzones or is that a different make.
