http://www.celicatech.com/forums/showthrea...48&page=1&pp=45

I already sent the deposit. It's $800...maybe $750...all depends on how many folks jump on it...shipping included and choice of color of door hinge LEDs. I am NOT organizing the group buy...I just happened to get the lambo door bug out of nowhere the day before yesterday, so now it's going to happen. Get your buddies with 5th gens also. This is the lowest price on the market. The kit is BOLT-ON...so no modifications other than cutting a little bit of sheetmetal and maybe extending wires on the doors...EASY STUFF. This kit is for DAILY DRIVERS so you can use it normal and it's not going to break on you...it's pretty tough. So if you have $800 to throw away, jump on this. I am number 8...I think we need 10 people minimun to close the deal. GET ON IT, SOLDIERS! laugh.gif

Hopefully pretty soon.
Cause I'm fitting my kit tomorrow.
And I want it before I paint my kit.

UPDATE: As soon as like 5 or 6 people (we got 4 there that are now flaking out) from here go put the kit on order, and send the deposit, that's when the deal will close. It's $800 only, guys...maybe $50 less depending on how many guys we get. You know how I raised the money? Selling stuff on eBay that I don't use. If you are saving for something else, use the money for this and then offset with what you sell on eBay. I already have a total of $820 right now with 8 more days left on my 5 auctions. A turbo, an exhaust off my bike, my camcorder, a lens from my camera, and a synthesizer. Sell gear that you don't use anymore. Make the auction very attractive and people will flock to it. I got 28 people watching my synth and it's at $455 right now...with 8 days left on it. I started it at $1. Do the same...SELL YOUR STUFF.

Anyway, this is the link that makes the magic happen:
http://www.tiecc.net/ordering.html

Now, follow these instructions:

*Fill required boxes in order form.
*On the product number, put 109.
*In the comments section, be sure to specify the color of LEDs you want. He can get blue, red, green, and sometimes white.

You will receive an invoice a few days later ('cause of holidays), and then you submit the deposit. Once you go through that process and your downpayment is submitted, send me an e-mail to ebay_oobe@hotmail.com with LAMBO 109 on the subject and your username from this forum on the message. I will be the chain between here and the chain from CT working the GB.

From Celicatech forums, I wrote this to get people moving:

As of right now, we stand:

OFFICIAL LIST:

0) Daklieb ---------------------------GB leader
1) acidice333 ----------------------- DEPOSIT SENT
2) White91GT ----------------------- DEPOSIT SENT
3) OOBE ---------------------------- DEPOSIT SENT

Yeah, unless you make the deposit, you don't count. So we are like really short on people. This is ridiculous...being on since September and only this many people. PUT YOUR DEPOSIT IN...don't wait on anybody. Your name will be added once you go to the ordering form, fill it and submit your payment.

Make the money move: http://tiecc.net/ordering.html
* Put 109 on the product name
*On the COMMENTS box, put LED color of choice (RED, GREEN, BLUE or *WHITE
) *IF AVAILABLE

If you are interested, put your deposit in. The faster people submit their downpayment, the faster we will get the kits. DO NOT wait on anyone...just submit the downpayment. Other people will follow. smile.gif

Why not do it online? The ordering form does not ask for your financial info, and using Paypal to pay them, your info is not anywhere to be seen. He's not going to see your financial info, he's just going to get the money straight into his account. Paypal is the only one that has your info, they're the "middle-guy"...so they're the only ones in the whole cyberworld to have your info. And their website is secure, so no worries...your money is safe. Paypal is the way to go...you only enter your e-mail address and that's it...no worries for your info getting stolen.

CelicaZR, did you submit your deposit, so I can add you to the list? The more "DEPOSIT SENT" we see on the list, the more people will get encouraged. smile.gif

I am out since the guys down there don't seem to make up their minds. That GB has been going since September, and to this date, people still are not making the deposits. I don't have time to be waiting around on kids that cannot make up their minds. It's pretty simple...you want something, or you don't...END OF STORY. I went there trying to motivate them and they're spending their money on garbage or their cars break. So I am out...I'll use the $800 to buy somoething else for the car.

And the GB leader down there is not conducting himself in the most professional manner. We are dealing with money here; a pretty big chunk of change. And the seller of the kits is not conducting business with a sense of urgency. I mean, to this date, I have not received an invoice. I had the money ready, they knew it, but they did not expedite in charging me the money. It is too late now. The money will probably go to some Pauter forged conrods.

wat? the group buy leader or the company owner?

cause company owner Harry is very good and helpful works pretty good.
i talk to him personally and i am the person who had him build a custom hinge for the 6gc...

the group buy leader on the other hand...now he could use some motivation (i know him personally as well)

and you do realize you've only been at this for 1 week?
you don't get in on group buys very often do you lol....

I am talking about the GB leader...daklieb or something.
I have been in group buys before and this is the first time it goes like this. Our group buys at celica.net where "Ok guys, GB for these JDM tails". "YAYYY...let's do it". "OK, we need 25 people". "Holy crap, we got 30 people". "Alright, send in your deposits". BOOM, we were done.
