coupe- only a metal lid opens at the rear- classier and sexier (imo)

hatch / liftback- the glass also raises with the trunk (or boot, if you prefer)- humpty dumpty rear (imo) tongue.gif

they are completely different bro..... i can tell within a split second when a 6gc goes by me on the road... if it is a hatch or a coupe... i personally don't like coupes as much because i think they look too choppy and the lines dont flow as well....but that's just my 2 cents biggrin.gif check out my profile to see a spoilerless hatch... maybe then you can tell the difference

I own both a Coupe and a Hatch at the moment, and the easiest way to tell the difference if you see a Celi on the road is:

1) taillight designs are different - reverse, brake, and signal lights are rectangular on both, but on hatch they run vertically the long way, and horizontally on coupe
2) Hatch glass is a much longer piece than on the coupe
3) The Coupe has a trunk (deck lid is longer than on the hatch)

Hope this helps clarify

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

yes, unless you want to get really technical, b/c the length and height of the Coupe and Hatch I believe are different by an inch or two, or three smile.gif
