Guys, are the TRD rear splitters and the OEM JDM rear extensions identical??

there arn't TRD extensions just OEM options.....

I think you're thinking of the SS-III splitters, not TRD. And no, they are not identical. Search for each, and you'll see what I mean.
BTW, I have the SS-III rear splitters on my car, check my profile. --------------------  |
