well im search for new fenders n i kno that there are other styles other than the stock oem ones. so i was just wondering what these different fenders (z3, bullet style..etc) look like on our celis..if u got pics..please post them

eh, I'm not a fan of aftermarket fenders, the z3 gills look prety good but its far from unique. I like a nice clean look.

not in the forum stickies. i found those pics in the parts database link on the homepage. just look under exterior styling, vis makes all 3 styles.

Its definately an aquired taste... I was worried at first when i bought mine that i wouldnt like them, but i love the agressive look it gives the celica....

I like my laser fenders, but I HATE the bullet and z3 fenders.

and i like my bullet fenders, i dont care for the "chrome" grills in the ends, but i think once its black... and i dont like the z3 either. im pretty neutral on the Laser ones though.

stock looks best if you do not have a body kit/other ext. stuff...i like the clean, under-stated look the oem ones give...aftermarket ones are just not my style....

i completely agree snap... which is why i cant wait to get my body kit going... cuz it does look a little funny havin the stock car with the bullet fenders.

even with a kit, id still leave the fenders stock. out of those two though, id go with laser.

laser fenders is what im shootin for..i plan to have the invader kit with the laser fenders..i just dont like the look of z3..and im seriously disturbed by the look of the bullet fenders.they just dont go with our celis (just my opinion)

lol...this is too funny. So your saying that the invader kit DOES go with celica, but the bullet fenders dont?
hmmm. I dont understand how someone can be seriously disturbed by the bullet fenders, but not by the invader rear.

oh ok..my bad.. yeah u right. I forgot to mention that the only thin that doesnt look good on our celi's from the invader kit is the rear bumper. Yeah it is ugly, but with a few mods to it..it actually looks good. And then the whole kit goes with our celi's. check it out..

no such thing as bad taste, its all opinion. in my opinion thats fugly i dont like the invader kit at all and that grill on the rear bumper just makes it look worse in my opinion. i wouldnt be caught driving that.

Ima go ahead and be an extremist here and just go on the record saying the invader rear is the ugliest thing ive ever seen. (personal taste) I think there are so many other designs that could compliment the rest of the body kit, its a shame to see such a nice front end be paired with an ugly end. 6gc driven, that is one of the better rears ive seen, that exhaust is extreme lol, but with slightly smaller muffs, and a diff wing, that wouldnt look near as bad.

yeah i aint diggin the exhaust too much either. The mufflers are just too big..but overall this is about the only invader rear that i have liked. And the owner of this car is on this site..but where is he on this thread?!..he should be commentin on his rear bumper n all..just to throw somethin out there
